Urban Reform Center had the certificate of Authorization from

Our drafting staff prepares and/or modifies engineering record drawings
and details using AutoCAD, scanning, and raster-to vector conversion
software, in accordance with specified drafting standards, including
concept design plans and cost estimates.
We
assist in preparing building elevations, floor plans, site plans,
structural details, HVAC requirements, and pavement plans. We offer
support in the conversion of single-line facility plan drawings into
architectural floor plans for use by project engineers.

URC’s corporate knowledge of established procedures and protocols
enables us to offer effective solutions for design and acquisition
requirements. We research technical design and acquisition documents,
track and troubleshoot facility service requests, and evaluate cost
